Well, where do I start? I’m a 54 year old male and I kept seeing this adverts for Viva NMN with all this good reviews people saying it helped them with brain fog, sleeping, more energy, less grey hair and skin improvement, but I was always sceptical so after a couple of months I thought, lets buy some and just see if it would work. As there was a deal on 3 for the price of 2 I decided to order 90 tablets. They were delivered very quickly, in the sealed container, I already know you are advised to take them first thing in the morning so that’s what I did. The capsules are very easy to swallow so I took them every morning from then on. 2 weeks had past and I didn’t feel anything at all so my mind thought it was a waste of money, however I carried on taking them. 3 weeks to the day I noticed I was getting better quality and less restless sleep. This is when I realised I had started to notice changes in myself. 6-8 weeks on I then realised my memory was improving, and my energy levels had increased. My levels used to start dropping between 14:00 to 14:30 and then 19:30 to 20:00 in the evening, so at the weekends, I had to drag myself out, but those feelings have all passed after taking NMN. As for grey hair, I’m bald so I don’t notice that and skin quality as a male not sure I’ve noticed that either but those two things I wasn’t that interested in. I’m a 64yr old grandmother who still works part time as a domestic cleaner .
